A complete reconfiguration to the internal layout and construction of a new basement to this family home in a peaceful corner of Holland Park. Structurally, a new 120m2 basement level was developed to create more living and entertaining space. The Semi-detached property benefited with new living / socializing space for the whole family along with a cinema room, Gym, kitchen / dining area, and  utility room.

The entire property was remodelled to work for growing family’s needs. All four bedrooms are served with En-suites finished beautifully with bespoke wood panelling. A commissioned handmade Italian kitchen, along with Italian stone flooring throughout the basement level completed the transformation of this wonderful family home.
