Remodeling and refurbishment of this charming detached family home, whilst adding a modern and contemporary blend. The project included a total new layout to the first floor to create the master bedroom suite, office space and new guest bedroom. A bespoke, fully integrated audio visual system was installed along with a new complex plumbing/electrical system.

The systems incorporated various levels of control both locally and remotely.  Additionally, a new air conditioning system was also incorporated, to the master bedroom suite, kitchen dining area completing the stunning refurbishment of this family home.
